I take your data security seriously and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I will never sell or share your data with anyone outside of the trusted services I use to support you.

The Information I Collect:

I collect basic personal information like your name and email address.

How I Get Your Information:

Most of the information I have comes directly from you when you schedule a discovery call with me, purchase one of my programs or services,
send me an enquiry through my website or sign up for my free guide or newsletters.

The Tools I Use to Serve You Better:

I work with a few trusted third-party services to deliver the best experience for you. You're always in control of what information you share with them:

Calendly manages my booking calendar. When you book a call, Calendly uses your name and email to send you confirmation.

If you'd like, they can also send you a text reminder. You can always book directly with me instead by emailing coaching@danielladeangelli.com.

Squarespace sends out my newsletters and welcome emails. They use your email address to deliver the content and your first name to personalise it.
You'll only receive emails if you've explicitly signed up, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of each email.

Stripe, PayPal, and Crezco process payments securely when you purchase my programs or services (unless you prefer a direct bank transfer).

Your Rights:

Under UK GDPR, you have complete control over your personal data:

Access - You can ask me for copies of your information anytime
Correction - If something's inaccurate or incomplete, I'll fix it
Deletion - You can ask me to delete your information
Restrict processing - You can limit how I use your data
Object - You can object to how I'm processing your information
Portability - You can ask me to transfer your data to another organisation

There's no charge for any of these requests, and I'll respond within one month.

How I Store Your Information:

Your information is securely stored and only used for the services you've requested from me - nothing else.
